Sealtowers Limited was Incorporated in 2014 as a limited Liability Company to among others render Telecommunications Colocation Services.
Seal Towers has an extensive knowledge and background in site build and site management, and plans to strategically deploy 5200 sites over a 60 months period for Colocation purposes by securing orders from major Teleco operators across Africa using the Colo- Quick Site Technology.
With the increased requirement for infrastructure, current and in the future, co-location services provide an “asset light” model to telecom operators with 99.99% uptime guaranteed.
Sealtowers Limited was licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) as a Colocation service provider in November 2014.

John Onyemachi - Director
John Onyemachi holds an MSc in Economics with specialization in Money & Finance from University of Jos. He is also an Alumnus of both the prestigious International Energy institute and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers of the United Kingdom. With over 12 years banking experience during which he handled huge transactions involving international and local trading of petroleum products, he veered into the Marine industry to acquire hands on experience from where he was appointed to run Petrolseal Ocean & Energy Limited as CEO in 2007. Petrolseal is principally a telecommunications manning services organisation. He has proven skills in negotiation, organizing and decision making and is known to have a good understanding of the principles and techniques of design and execution of key project.
Anino Akperi - Deputy Managing Director
Anino Akperi holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting of the University of Benin, Nigeria (1988) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (University of Calabar). He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the prestigious Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He has attended several courses, workshops, trainings and conferences in Sales, Enterprise Risk Management, General Management, Leadership and Banking.
His post-graduation working experience spans 27 years, with over 24 years in Banking, financial services and Business/human capital development.
He has vast experience in corporate finance with firm grip on telecommunications and ICT financing. He was the Vice President and the Head of Enterprise Risk Management- South of the First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB), Nigeria up until the formation of Sealtowers Ltd. He also served with Finbank Plc as the Chief Risk Officer in 2012. He sits on the board of several Nigeria companies.
Tony Monda ERB, MIE, KMAAK (E) - Director of Projects/CTO
Before the formation of Seal Towers, Tony served as the Director of Project Management and Engineering Design, Head of Engineering Design and Principal Structural Engineer of TKM Maestro Limited. Dr. Monda is a Profile researcher who has published 17 papers in recognized Engineering Journals. He is a leading expert in structural design of Self Supporting Lattice Towers.
Femi Ayegbo - Chief Finance Officer
Femi brings to Sealtowers, over 13 years experience covering Investment banking, Corporate finance , Strategy and Corporate Performance Management both Locally and Internationally. His experience cuts across major sectors of the economy including, Telecommunications , Financial Services, Infrastructure, Information Technology, FMCG, Oil and Gas, Venture Capital and Consulting.
Anthony Onyewadume - Head of Network & Infrastructure
Tony Onyewadume is an Electrical/Electronics Engineering Graduate of University of Lagos. He also has varied technical experience across departments in the Telecommunications industry. He was the Technical service manager, Network Support Manager and Logistics manager of Linksoft International Systems Tanzania, then He worked with Netwing Technological Solutions Limited as Logistics Manager before his move to Petrolseal Engineering Works Limited as Project Manager (SIMs)
